We understand that often our clients are busy with the day to day running's of their business and do not always have time to layout their course material beyond a simple word document. We can either complete all the work for you, or you can do most of the ground work yourself- its up to you.

It’s a proven fact that students retain more information when presented with course content that is not only appealing to the eye but contains elements of interactivity. A core feature of the LMS is the periodic testing of students as they progress through their course which has a hold-point fail feature to ensure active participation in the online training.

Our talented team use a wide range of tools to create interactive simulations, animated images, graphics, interactive quizzes, and more and can take your courseware and convert it into an appealing, interactive experience for your learners.

Our design team can create a number of interactive Flash components to really liven up your learning material. Any courseware material that is delivered as Flash is unable to be copied by the end-user, which ensures the safety of your IP and copyright.

Flash media based training can take the form of Simulations, Presentation Aids, Interactive Diagrams and Quizzes to Games. You can choose to have your materials developed into courseware that is either very straight forward through to multi-layered and complex in nature. These capabilities allow any form of online training to take place for courseware of any degree of complexity.

GoTrain LMS has established relationships with Publishers, Training Providers and Registered Training Organisation's who have placed their courseware into the GoTrain LMS Learning Management System for their own use. Some of those clients have also made their online-ready courses available to you for access through the LMS under a royalty payment scheme.

All courses in the LMs CourseBank are available to any prospective student or organisation and we specialise in brokering course packages for company’s and their employees. Courses range from small single specialist units to Diploma level courses.

The GoTrain LMS is customised to match your corporate style. This includes the use of your logo and changing the colors of the standard LMS template.

However we understand that some clients may require an extensive customised design for the "Look and Feel" of their LMS. Our design team will work closely with you to obtain your desired look and feel.

   

The Learning Material Delivery area of the GoTrain LMS is completely customisable and can carry any design and or style desired by means of CSS code.

This means each course can have a completely different look and feel assigned to it.

A number of pre defined templates are available for use within the system or to help get your started on creating your own design, however our design team can work with you to design a delivery template suitable for your needs.

A delivery template can include page skin, pre made layout ready for insertion of material, images, flash and or a Power Point template.

           

Although we provide extensive help documents, you may wish to have a more hands on training session.

Webinar training is available upon request for your staff who will be administering the LMS.

Phone support is provided during the webinar, our staff will watch you and guide you as you administer the LMS.

Webinar's are usually delivered in 1 hour blocks concentrating on one area of the LMS at a time and spread over a number of days.

Help Desk support will be provided to your administrators and assessors via email between office hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with a response time of less than 2 hours. Phone support helpdesk is available to those clients who wish to add this to their LMS package.

Our extensive online helpdesk knowledge base is available 24/7.

Once a Help Desk request has been received it will be recorded in our Helpdesk Database. Each request is allocated a priority and will be attended to by our developer or programming staff according to that priority.  In the course of responding to Help Desk request, you may be contacted by e-mail or by phone where the assistance to be provided to the student requires input from yourself.

GoTrain LMS does not as a rule handle helpdesk requests from students. Any received by the Help Desk will be referred to the client. Where GoTrain LMS is contacted by one of your students or clients, Student Help Desk support is limited to technical support only. Content or Courseware related issues are referred back to you.

Please note: All Help Desk services & support provided by GoTrain LMS excludes resolution of difficulties with a user’s hardware, software, browser, server, network, firewall, or any hardware or software that may be blocking the normal delivery of the GoTrain LMS to the user that is beyond our direct control. Where GoTrain LMS is asked to assist with the rectification of these issues fees will be invoiced to you.
